Application / Pre-Approval

  • Installer directs his/her customer to a dedicated portal to fill out a short application. We can provide both a pre-approval (with no hard credit pull) and a full approval. The entire process can be completed within 5 minutes. Funds can be distributed within 5 days.

Installment Payment

  • Upon completion of a pre-agreed milestone, installer notifies Improvement Funding, who will facilitate the disbursement of a progress payment.

Installation Complete

  • Installer submits Final Permit as evidence of completion and - depending on the state regulations - a check will be issued directly to the installer or Improvement Funding will facilitate an ACH deposit to the installer's account.
